Have you all seen the dildo’s infomercial that’s on late? My hubby and I watched it several months back, cuz, well, the dildo gizmos were interesting and funny. But it was hosted by several young, relatively hot, ladies.

I was flipping through the channels the other night, it was on again, only this time it was hosted by a grandma. A cotton-top wrinkly old lady dressed for church who was handling and explaining the benefits of all the dildo’s with her grandma voice.

What the? What happened? It freaked me out. Grandma’s and dildo’s don’t go together! I understand the other one may have been going too far, but fixing that with a grandma? How is that not more disturbing than the original?

I can hear Adam Sandler now, “Who was the ad wizard who came up with that one?”
No, definitely not Dr. Ruth.
I figured religion may have had something to do with the change in hosts. Plus, I like the opinions here better.

We all hate those annoying commercials that come on in the middle of our favourite shows. But sometimes, we see a commercial that is so funny, ingenious, etc. that it takes our mind right off the show we were watching! What’s your favourite? I like the British Airways one where the man comes home from work, and takes off his clothes, goes running naked into the room to his wife. He finds her there–entertaining her parents! The caption of this ad is–”Our fares are so cheap, we can fly in your in-laws!”

If your team isn’t playing, why do you watch the Superbowl? (rhetorical) You watch it for the funniest commercials of the whole year all in one evening, or in my case morning.
