I need to know how to erase history from the navigation bar in Internet Explorer.?

Ok, so I was using my friend’s computer to look at a site that I thought was about car accesories because I saw it advertised on a tricked-out car. Well, it was porn. Now whenever I log on and browse, anytime I type in an address beginning with that letter it shows up under the navigation bar. I don’t want my friend to think that I am a pervert. Can anyone please help?
