Best time to buy a computer with all the new stuff coming about??
With the additions to processors, dual core stuff, new file systems and memory, and of course, Windows Vista hitting the markets, I’m swamped with info.
When should be the best time to make an investment in a new (quite nice, more than just a few hundred bucks) desktop computer? Why so?
