This idea is the one we are supposed to believe I think, Yes I know, this is a bit of an insult to those who think that they have uncovered the idea that 2012 was really about a consciousness shift or spiritual evolution as opposed to some doomsday situation through their diligent research. It is for advertising signs. Needed with good resolution and diversity of colors at each point. Needed about 8000 lights per sign, about 2 watts each light. Urgent. Also need info on the periferal equipment.

I need to find out who to call in the DC metro area for regulations and authorization on putting advertising signs up.( Such as the little signs you see in the medianstrip at a light that looks like those 1 ft or 2ft high election signs that officals stick on the side of the road or in your hard during election). Where would i find out regulations and authorization to post them?
