Have you tried Self Realisation Fellowship (of Paramhansa Yogananda )?
I think I am improving in my meditation skills but my hubby is of a restless temperament. My tricks don’t work for him so I’ve decided to make him join Self Realisation Felloship’s program. Is it all that it is made out to be: drastically different from all other meditation practices? I mean would it help my hubby when all the simple meditation methods have failed?
Also, they expect you to practise for 30 mins in the morning and evening each… would it help if my hubby is too busy to give that amount of time?
Really appreciate any help.
PS: Any body from Self Realisation staff willing to advertise through his answer, please don’t answer. I want the opinion only of those who have either experienced or witnenessed it’s effects.

Is it wrong for couples to bring porn into their marriage if their in the church?
Friends of mine who’ve been married for half a decade, wants to spice up their marriage a little since they have kids. They feel their love life is getting stale and want to spice it up, but once thought about using a video that is advertised for couples to better have sex and learn new techniques. Some say it’s porn desquised as a self help tape, but they are wanting to spice it up, but don’t want to do wrong if this tape is indeed porn in desquise. They’ve prayed about it and talked to people in the church, but I was wondering if anyone has been through this themselves and can give them some answers. And remember it’s not me and my hubby we’ve been married for 7 not 5. hehehe
